- We hypothesize that the reversal of environmental conditions will reverse most epigenome changes.

Hypoxia in utero
- Have a control group over three generations that experiences normoxia.
- Have a control group over three generations that experiences normoxia.
- Expose a sample group P0 generation to hypoxia while P1 is developing inside P0.

- Expose the P1 generation to hyperoxia.
- Expose a second sample group P0 generation to hypoxia while P1 is developing inside P0.

- Expose the P1 generation to normoxia.
- Sample the genome at the trail end of the P2 and compare to control group or to P0 generation?
