- I need you to care about politics; at least vote.
- I need you to communicate clearly and directly; no uncertainty.
- Wants
- I want us to have common interests.
- I want us to be curious about the world around us.
- I want us to be physically attracted to one another.
- Values
- I value walking or biking places over driving.
- Boundaries

If I'm feeling trapped or bothered, ask myself what values or boundaries I am not upholding. Maybe because I'm scared, or I could be doing something that I'm not seeing. I don't have to move on instantaneously, but I don't have to be affected by this long-term.
