Before installing lightshot, turn off the Print Screen Shortcut under Ease of Access Keyboard Settings. Doing this should allow it to register "prtscr" as the default keyboard shortcut.
To turn off Print Screen Shortcut;
- Search for Ease of Access Keyboard Settings.
- Find Print Screen Shortcut.
- Turn off the toggle.
